ADU’s
California has recently made Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) easier than ever to add to any residential property, and the team at Poppy has experience in legalizing existing ADUs and designing new units, whether carving them out of the existing home, attached, or free-standing units. Adding an ADU to your property offers a host of exciting opportunities - providing additional space for children, opportunities to give aging family members the opportunity for multi-generational living, or even providing a reliable stream of rental income to home owners. We can assist with entitlements and permitting, feasibility studies, and design of an additional unit on your property.
